Stéphanie Oneyser

Stéphanie's practice focuses on civil litigation matters and insolvency law. She joined our firm as an associate in April 2014. After obtaining a Master of Laws degree from the University of Fribourg in 2009, she did her legal internships with a business law firm in Zurich and the District Court of Horgen. Until 2014, she worked as a law clerk at the District Court of Horgen and passed the Zurich Bar Exam in 2013. Stéphanie has also experience in arbitration cases. She has worked for Prof. Pierre Tercier who was chairman of many ICC arbitration proceedings. Moreover, she advices in arbitration proceedings in sport law under the CAS Rules. Her working languages are German, English and French.

Dr. Irène Schilter

Irène's practice focuses on public and private M&A transactions, corporate and commercial law, contract law including litigation in these fields. She joined our firm as associate in 2015. Prior to joining Froriep, Irène worked at the University of Zurich as research and teaching assistant and also as an associate and notary public in a Zug law firm.She graduated in law from the University of Zurich in 2007 and was admitted to the Zug Bar in 2012. She obtained her PhD in 2011.

Evelien Zemp

Evelien Zemp’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law. She also works as a civil law notary and in employment law. Evelien Zemp joined Froriep as an associate in 2013. After graduating from the University of Fri-bourg in 2007, she trained with a commercial law firm in Zug and was admitted to the Zug Bar in 2009. She then worked for several years with an international audit and advisory firm in Zurich in the fields of corporate and commercial law, as well as mergers and acquisitions. On Legal 500 in 2018 Evelien Zemp is recommended as ‘effective’ associate. Her working languages are German, Dutch, English and French. Evelien Zemp is a member of the Zug Bar Association and the Swiss Bar Association.

Dunja Koch

Dunja Koch has expertise in all aspects of corporate and finance law, advising mainly UK and US clients with regard to Switzerland. She is the managing partner of the London office. She joined the firm in 1998 and became a partner in 2003. She regularly works on corporate and M&A deals, as well as leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, but also project, commodity and asset finance matters, including aircraft finance. Here, she acts on behalf of aircraft manufacturers, banks and leasing companies in relation to the Swiss aspects of acquisition of aircraft and engines. Her practice further covers regulatory matters, where she advises asset managers, funds, securities dealers and other financial institutions in relation to their cross-border activities in Switzerland. Boris Wenger

Boris’s practice focuses on all aspects of Swiss and European competition law. He acts as counsel in competition law matters before competition authorities, civil courts and arbitral tribunals. Boris has been a partner at our Zurich office since 2011. Alongside his competition law practice, he also has considerable experience advising on matters of public commercial law, such as public procurement, customs, export control, energy and health care law matters, and on all types of commercial contracts. Boris obtained his law degrees from the University of Basel in 1996 and from Stanford Law School (JSM) in 2002. He was admitted to the Zurich Bar in 2001.
